Not the lemon! Oh yes lemon. March 29th is National Lemon Chiffon Cake Day. I think chiffon means it is a lighter texture cake. Lemon would make an excellent spring cake flavor. Here are a few recipes to enjoy. I have added a couple to my One 2 Try recipe collection.
