I have personally been on a fitness mission since last year. On my bucket list is to start out slow with running a 5K then increasing to a Half Marathon with the ultimate goal – running a marathon. In my quest for good health I have lost more than 40 pounds! I still have some more to lose and I need to get toning but I can see my running goals starting to happen. With the comfort of Puma Fitness wear I am starting my training in style.
I really enjoy watching the Sweat Pretty Videos. I would love an opportunity to get on a stand up paddle board! The salt air with lots of sunshine at our local beaches makes it an ideal location. I ride my bike to the gym, do some cardio on the elliptical machines, and then do the circuit every other day. If I have time, I’ll go for a quick swim on the weekends also.
