There is a hero in all of us. There are heroes all around us too. The Los Angeles Angels along with St. Joseph Health are wanting us to notice our everyday heroes with their program – Halo Moments.
“Heroes come in all shapes and sizes, but one thing’s certain: We love the ones who pitch in for a better community,” said Angels catcher Chris Iannetta, who is supporting the awareness and recognition campaign. “Baseball players are looked upon by many fans as heroes, but the true heroes are the people who give selflessly of themselves to make their communities better for all. So go to halomoments.com and nominate your community hero today.”
The St. Joseph Health Heroes campaign features a special website to visit, where anyone can nominate a local hero. Submit your hero story plus a photo of someone you know that is making a difference. It could be a special moment, a special day or a big event that you find inspiring to the community. Share this individual on the Halo Moments designated website!
My beloved Angels baseball team is the perfect partner behind Halo Moments. After all, they are always lighting up the Big Halo! No worries Angels, we will get them next year!
The St. Joseph Health Heroes and Halo Moments campaigns are part of a new three-year partnership between the Angels and St. Joseph Health, the Official Hospital Partner of Angels Baseball. St. Joseph Health is my health group too so this is near an dear to my heart. I love my Angels and I love St. Joseph Health!
